I appreciated that the hotel had multiple pools. The food selection at the dinner buffet was diverse. The spa therapists were very experienced , I benefitted from a great spa circuit.

late opening turned-off air conditioning
the pool area suited my needs. it had many different sections to choose from.
The gym was a letdown! it opened too late, at 8am, and the air conditioning was turned off. It was uncomfortably warm. this seemed like a way to cut costs.

I loved the multiple pools . They offered great variety for swimming and relaxation. The on-site restaurants provided delicious meals and a great atmosphere for evening dining. My room had a very comfortable bed and a spacious balcony that added to my overall experience.

The gym featured treadmills and stationary bikes, I found it sufficient for my workouts. The hotel provided various pools. I particularly enjoyed the quiet pool. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found this very convenient. The breakfast buffet had many options, and I always found something I liked.

the pools seemed nice enough.
The room was warm. The air conditioning barely worked which was annoying. i expected streaming services. They don't care at all.

The room had a rainfall shower, a luxury! the pools are amazing. The infinity pool offers a huge water surface area.
i found the sun loungers were a bit too close together, felt a bit cramped.

fresh towels heated pools
The room was VERY clean. Housekeeping ensured fresh towels were available each day!!! The breakfast buffet had many options. There were omelets and fresh fruit. The pool area was huge with plenty of loungers!!! Several pools had different temperatures, a big plus.
The gym was quite small and sometimes crowded.
